Vikram’s Deiva Thirumagan Movie Name Changed in Deiva Thirumagal movie photo gallery

Vikram and Director Vijay after undergoing many speculations and alternatives have settled on the title Deiva Thirumagan. Initially the filmmakers decided on the title Deiva Magan but as the title rights are owned by Sivaji Productions they have confirmed the title Deiva Thirumagan.

After giving this name Deiva Thirumagan people of the Thevar community demanded the title to be changed as the Thevar community leader Pasumpon Muthuramalinga was fondly known as Deiva Thirumagan. The Shiva Sena of Tamilnadu region also joined hands with the Thevar community to change the title. The filmmakers decided to put an end to all the controversies and so the director Vijay and Vikram have now came out with a new title.

The new title of Deiva Thirumagan is Deiva Thirumagal. This title is much catchier than the earlier one and with this change we can hope that the film does not get haunted with any more controversies, also gets a smooth release on May 13th, 2011.
